UNESCO Walk
This tour takes you along the city’s former fortifications, through the green Pétrusse Valley Park, halfway between the Upper Town and the Lower Town. The walk ends in the heart of the Old Town, offering throughout the route stunning viewpoints over the remains of the former fortress. Inscribed in 1994 as a UNESCO World Heritage urban ensemble, it bears witness to the city’s exceptional history, as do its historic districts.
