About "Summer in the City"
Join us!
Join us for an exceptional summer in Luxembourg with the 29th edition of ‘Summer in the City 2024’, which runs from 14 June to 16 September.
This participatory summer programme, the result of collaboration between various players in the capital and private and institutional partners, promises an unforgettable summer with a host of exciting activities.
Discover a festive atmosphere with open-air concerts, fascinating exhibitions, exciting plays, shopping and many other cultural and tourist activities.
Immerse yourself in the mysterious history of the Bock and the Pétrusse Casemates, and don't miss the exclusive guided tours of the Grand Ducal Palace, organised from 17 July to 1 September, for a unique Grand Ducal experience in the company of an approved guide. Various guided tours, such as the ‘City Promenade’ or the ‘Circuit Wenzel’, are organised regularly throughout the summer.
On the music front, enjoy a rich programme of concerts and festivals of all kinds. When it comes to culture, you'll love the exhibitions and shows on offer at the city's museums and theatres!
Finally, shopping fans will love the summer sales, Sunday shopping and the traditional Braderie.
