Europe’s first certified quality hiking region
Éislek was the first region in Europe to receive the label Leading Quality Region – Best of Europe for its hiking offer. A dense network of well-marked and regularly maintained trails makes exploring the landscape straightforward and enjoyable. Walks range from short, accessible routes to longer stages on the stage of the Escapardenne Lee Trail and the Escapardenne Éislek trail. Many starting points can be reached by train or bus, making hiking in Éislek simple even without a car. Ideal for a spontaneous day outdoors, the region combines inspiration with practical accessibility.
