Theaterfest
Since 2008, the THEATER FEDERATIOUN has been organising ‘THEATERFEST’, the event that marks the joint opening of the season for the entire professional theatre and dance sector in Luxembourg.
During this official opening of the Luxembourg theatre season, cultural players and representatives from theatres, cultural centres and companies will be welcoming the public to their stands to invite them to discover the forthcoming season.
Throughout the afternoon, passers-by will be able to enjoy the surrounding terraces, discover extracts of dance and/or theatre creations, take advantage of the various activities and also ‘shop’ for programmes and brochures from the various cultural institutions.
The presence of artists, theatre directors and other members of this great theatrical and choreographic ‘family’ also provides a rare opportunity for those who wish to do so to engage in a discussion with the professionals present and get a behind-the-scenes insight into the sector, the different artistic offerings available in the country, as well as existing jobs and career opportunities...
