Marlis Albrecht

Marlis Albrecht (*1956, Ludwigsburg, Germany) studied at the ‚Freie Kunstschule‘ in Stuttgart, Germany. Marlis Albrecht is a highly talented contemporary artist known for the unique technique of using beeswax on wood to create stunning landscapes with a remarkable sense of depth and texture. Albrecht's innovative approach involves applying layers of beeswax, which she then manipulates and shapes to achieve the desired effects, creating a sense of depth and luminosity that is both visually captivating and tactilely engaging.
