READ. For Real

The European Authors Day, initiated in 2023 by the European Commision and Creative Europe, is organised between 11 November and 12 December each year. This year the IPW is the national hub for Luxembourg within this project. It will be held under the motto „Read. For Real”.

The vision of #ReadForReal is offering the experience of reading REAL books for fun, introducing up-to-date most trendy topics for REAL conversations around books, stimulating pleasure in REAL time around books, treating a conversation with a REAL author or creator as a formative experience.

Libraries, bookstores, schools, Maison relais and all those who believe in the power of reading are invited to participate in the initiative with their own creative ideas.

Everyone is invited to join us on 4 December to celebrate reading in the presence of an European author.
