Embrace your speaking voice

Embrace your speaking voice

Love your voice and be heard!

We all rely on our voice every single day to communicate but have you ever trained your voice to enable you to be a better communicator, to have your opinions be heard or to be a better performer? Have you ever been in a situation where you feel like people don’t hear you, or understand your pronunciation, or you get nervous when you have to speak in a meeting or in front of a crowd? Well, much like the muscles we train at the gym, our voice is also a muscle that can be trained and nurtured.

Join voiceover actor, radio presenter and improviser Melissa Dalton for this workshop focusing on using your voice to its full potential and learning to love and trust your own voice. Through theatre and improv techniques, we will work on practices such as diction, projection, correct breathing and resonance. There will also be a strong focus on play and exploration of your voice which add a fun and exciting element to our learning. This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their voice and explore the potential of their voice.

Location: Rocas Bar, 33 Rue des Capucins, 1313 Ville-Haute Luxembourg. The bar will be open & they also serve meat or cheese snacking plates
