There is a part of our unconscious, perhaps still a child with our own hands and eyes, capable of making decisions, of taking risks, but also of giving up or forgetting, leaving any choice in the hands of time. This is one of the rooms of your mind: a landscape where memory and possible future are one.

JIBARO

JIBARO is a duet inspired by the myth of the forest, the attraction and the treasure between a deaf man and a Siren in a deadly dance. In Greek mythology, a Siren is half bird and half woman, and if a Siren fails to woo a man, she commits suicide by diving into the water.

Gaia Brignardello and Liza Khail, who graduated from the Luxembourg Conservatory in contemporary dance, will be performing at the event. They will be presenting short choreographies by Mirko Ingrao and Emanuela Iacopini, respectively.
