Access plan and safety regulations
The Luxembourg City Tourist Office (LCTO) organises guided tours with official guides of the City of Luxembourg. Tours take place in public spaces, at the Stade de Luxembourg, the Grand Ducal Palace (during a limited period in summer), the Bock and Pétrusse Casemates, or the Court of Justice of the European Union.
To participate comfortably and safely in our activities, participants are required, prior to the start of the booked service, to familiarize themselves with the local conditions and our safety instructions. Each participant agrees to strictly comply with these rules for the duration of the tour. Any violation may result in the immediate interruption of the visit or tour, without any refund or compensation.
For tours in public spaces, the following rules apply:
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The adult must ensure that children under their supervision respect the visited environment, behave properly toward other participants, follow safety instructions, do not leave the group, and allow the smooth running of the (city) tour or visit.
- Participants must stay on marked paths. Instructions from the guides, LCTO staff, or on-site security personnel must always be followed.
- In the event of a breach of these obligations by the client, the client acknowledges and accepts that they act under their own responsibility and at their own risk. The LCTO is in no way liable for personal and/or property damage suffered by a client who has violated the safety rules and instructions. Furthermore, the LCTO is not liable for any personal and/or property damage caused by a client to a third party or an object.
