Join us for a revitalizing outdoor Pilates session in the beautiful park of Villa Vauban. Surrounded by art and nature, this class will focus on mindful movement, breath and core strength — all levels welcome.
Bring your mat, wear comfortable clothes, and enjoy a gentle rest for both body and mind.
Katia is a certified Pilates teacher, trained in mat, pre/postnatal and post-therapy Pilates, with a specialization in breast cancer recovery. Passionate about art and nature, her classes are dynamic and always infused with a joyful approach.
