Together with chef Lou Steichen from OekoSoph! and Slow Food Luxembourg, we warmly invite you to a cosy and delicious evening.
.The meal will be cooked with fresh and saisonal organic vegetables from CIGL ESCH.
It will be a vegetarian menu with autumnal touches:
Small seasonal creation, served as a refined bite
- Red beetroot and lentil tartare with fresh herbs and a light vinaigrette, accompanied by crispy delights
- Pumpkin risotto enhanced with Aceto Balsamico and made creamy with Gorgonzola Dolce
- Peach stuffed with honey and mascarpone – a sunny sweetness with aromas of the South
