..Show in French languageDe la sexualité des orchidées is a lecture-show in which Sofia Teillet, an actress disguised as a lecturer, discusses orchid reproduction: how pollen passes from the male to the female sex.After a detailed analysis of this apparently simple act, which turns out to be a complex and technical operation, questions arise about the future of the seed. How will it germinate? Should its symbiotic relationship with a fungus be called parasitism? Does symbiosis exist? And what about the abyssal anglerfish? A whole host of questions can be asked when observing living things. And when it comes down to it, the only thing that science can be fairly sure of is that everything is born of an accident.
