The dove brings peace; the cuckoo, spring. And the nightingale? Its serenades express the rapture of love. Birds perfectly embody their roles in these everyday scenes—like actors on an open-air stage. In music, many composers have drawn inspiration from them. Vaughan Williams and Respighi captured the very essence of their often inimitable songs. Following this same path of mimesis, Clara Schumann reinterpreted Bach’s fugues—echoing a shared pursuit of freedom, akin to birds soaring skyward, crossing borders with ease.
.Within this subtle dialogue between past and present, immersed in a cradle of chirping nature, a special surprise awaits: actress Milla Trausch and conductor Mariano Chiacchiarini will guide us into a poetic world of words and music.
