The Luxembourg Commission for UNESCO is pleased to participate in LUGA’s celebration of nature.
This summer, as part of its “Les Rendez-vous de l’UNESCO” conference series, it will present UNESCO programmes that encourage us to make peace with nature.
“Ecological Architecture: Our Heritage of Tomorrow”
Speakers:. Lisi Teisen (Teisen-Giesler architectes), Dave Lefèvre (Coeba architectes.), and Marc Neu (President, LëtzEcoBuild).
Held as part of the European Heritage Days (18–28 September 2025), this conference invites participants to take stock of ecological architecture in Luxembourg and the Greater Region.
What are our local and ecological materials, and who are the key players?
What reference projects and initiatives currently exist?
How can we strengthen the ecological network connecting craftsmen, architects, and project owners?
What role do training, political recognition, and innovation play in promoting ecological and sustainable architecture in our country?
