YOG-ART Workshops with Kim Cumbo
This workshop series combines an intentional, mindful yoga practice with an open creative space.
Yoga x Subtile is for those who wish to slow down and create space – for movement, presence, and gentle creative expression.
Each session begins with 60 minutes of yoga. The practice is fluid yet grounding, offering time to arrive, breathe, and release.
Afterwards, we open a 30-minute creative space. Free from expectations and pressure. Some sessions will include working with ceramics, others with essential oils, or simple materials such as wax, stone, or pen. The focus is not on technique or outcome, but on intuitive creation and staying present in the moment.
