We're delighted to introduce Noniita, our lovely new yoga teacher, who's looking forward to giving beginners' yoga classes in a seated posture, so no crazy contortions, yoga mats or special uniforms. If you'd like to join us, just wear comfortable clothes (not too tight), and don't eat too much beforehand, as per (Noniita).
The session starts at 18:30 and lasts about an hour.
