Join a special outdoor Vinyasa Yoga session from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, accompanied by the soothing sounds of Richard Heinemann, host on radio 100.7. Let yourself be guided by Valérie (metta.lu) through a dynamic yoga flow and enjoy the unique open-air atmosphere.

.Please bring your yoga mat, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle. The class will be held in English, but we also speak the other common national languages. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not require
