Let Valérie (metta.lu) guide you through a dynamic yoga flow and enjoy the unique outdoor atmosphere. This session is part of 12 yoga classes in 12 different gardens. Join every session and discover new, inspiring locations! Bring your own yoga mat, sunscreen, and a refillable water bottle. The session is in English, but we also speak the other common national languages. Some prior yoga experience is helpful but not required. Join us and immerse yourself in an hour of movement, music, and relaxation!
