Kirchberg Arboretum - A new habitat for orchids
A day in nature - Arboretum Kirchberg
Guided tours through the parks of the Kirchberg Arboretum are offered once a month from April to October. Explanations about plants according to the seasons are provided by Thierry Helminger, a botanist at the 'natur musée' and the head of the Arboretum.
A new habitat for orchids
In recent years, native orchids have been spreading across the sandy, poor grasslands of the Klosegrënnchen landscaped park, which serve as a refuge for a variety of rare plants. Join biologist Thierry Helminger for a botanical walk through this very unique dune landscape.
