Poetic meditation and creative activity in open air.Join us for a special moment of well-being and poetry in a small secret garden away from the hustle and bustle of the city. On this island of biodiversity, we will take the time to listen and watch, to breathe, meditate and dream. A moment of deep connection with nature, yourself and others in an idyllic location. With: Val CielleVal Cielle is a multidisciplinary artist and a nature guide. She organises artistic and well-being activities, such as sound journeys, mindful art, intuitive singing and meditation in inspiring places. Material: Please bring a yoga mat, a meditation cushion, and water to stay hydrated. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring sun protection if needed.
