4Worlds
Four distinct voices converge in 4Worlds, a quartet where diverse traditions meet and enrich one another. Line Kruse (violin, Denmark), Hervé Samb (guitar, Senegal), Gilles Coquard (double bass, France), and Arnaud Dolmen (drums, Guadeloupe) have created what they call “jazz mêlé” -a free and fearless sound where each musician keeps their identity while finding a shared voice. Paris, a true crossroads for musical encounters, made this fusion possible - where Nordic violin, Senegalese sabar guitar, classical bass, and Caribbean rhythms coexist naturally. The result is a luminous, living music that bridges melody, rhythm, and improvisation. Their debut album, recorded in Paris and set for February 2026, captures this rare meeting.
