Vegetable Printing
Want your child to be the king or queen of the summer holidays? Sign up today!
Canopée is partnering with costume designer Johanna de Santis to offer a crown jewel-making workshop for children who love exploring their creativity through sensory play.
For two hours, children will create their own stamps by sculpting slices of vegetables or leaves of herbs from Canopée’s garden. They will explore textures and patterns to create jewels for their crowns. By the end of the workshop, participants will have made a colorful fabric crown!
All materials are provided. The cotton crowns will be sewn by Jo. The paint used is specially formulated for use on clothing, so it’s washable.
