Chef meets Chef – Music and Gardens
Flight of the Bumblebee: better in the garden or in concert?
In a refreshingly original program, the Luxembourg Chamber Orchestra explores the world of gardens, led by an unexpected duo: conductor Joolz Gale and landscape gardener Pascal Garbe.
What may seem like a contrast at first reveals surprising parallels. Both disciplines revolve around structure and rhythm, composition and harmony, culture and the seasons, timing and emotion... With spade and rake in hand, the duo creates a musical landscape inspired by the spirit of the garden. Grab your boots, it’s time to repot!
Sown in partnership with Cercle Cité, the seed for this concert germinated in the framework programme for its major end-of-year exhibition, La forêt. Solitudes et solidarités (The Forest. Solitudes and Solidarities), curated by Clément Minighetti in collaboration with Marion Vergin and Camilla Cuppini.
Two concerts during the day, each lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes: at 12:30 PM and 7:30 PM
Doors open 30 minutes before the performance.
