TASTE, which stands for “Transforming through Art, Science, and TEchnology” or “key” as it called in German, is a new platform initiated by the University of Luxembourg.
Against the backdrop of the knowledge society and the growing emphasis to work across disciplines, artists and scientists increasingly co-create new research frameworks to tackle complex societal issues.
A new series of talks, co-developed by Nathalie Kerschen and Anouk Wies, brings together scientists, artists, and stakeholders in the cultural sector, to discuss their experiences with, and the impact of inter- and transdisciplinary projects. Encompassing research areas, such as the artificial, the natural, and the human sciences, these encounters, which are open to the public, aim to provide insight, inspire dialogue, and foster societal change.
.During each session, the guest speakers will pitch their artistic and/or scientific projects in short presentations, which will be followed by a group discussion and a Q&A session with the audience.
