Am 19. Mai um 18:30 Uhr lädt die Lëtzebuerg City Bibliothèque zu einer Lesung und Konferenz mit der deutschen Autorin und Aktivistin Franka Frei ein.

Im Cité Auditorium stellt sie ihr viel diskutiertes Buch Periode ist politisch. vor – ein engagiertes Plädoyer gegen Menstruationstabus und für gesellschaftliche Aufklärung. Die Veranstaltung findet im Rahmen der Ausstellung Et leeft des Lëtzebuerg City Museum statt. Franka Frei verbindet persönliche Erfahrungen mit politischen Analysen und regt zur Diskussion über Gleichberechtigung, Bildung und Sichtbarkeit an.
