Menstruations – Comprendre ensemble
An opportunity and a safe space to explore a universal subject that is still surrounded by taboo.
This morning workshop is designed for children and teens aged 10 and above, accompanied by an adult (such as a parent, grandparent, or carer). The discussion will be led by Planning Familial an encourages open dialogue about menstruation, the changes happening in the body, and the emotions that come with these.
Participants are encouraged to ask questions, share experiences and deconstruct preconceived ideas within a welcoming and considerate environment in order to better understand and offer support during this transition.
The workshop ends with a short walk through the exhibition Et Leeft., focusing on the evolution of menstrual products over the last two centuries.
It’s a great occasion to start the conversation, learn, and challenge taboos together.
