Luxembourg au Moyen Âge
.Come and explore a fascinating period in the history of the city of Luxembourg. Thanks to models, charters, and artefacts featured in our permanent exhibition, you’ll be able to travel back in time to the 10th century to discover how the fortress of Lucilinburhuc. gradually transformed into a medieval city.
We will eventually leave the museum to discover the archaeological crypt in Rue de la Reine, which houses the remains of the medieval wall built in the 12th century.
