In 2024, Christian Bauer and Jim Clemes handed over the reins of their offices, marking the end of two brilliant careers. During this evening, these two leading figures in Luxembourgish architecture will look back on the milestones in their respective careers, recalling their encounters with architecture, their beginnings as young architects, and the people and themes that have shaped their work throughout their lives.
.This exchange will be an opportunity to discuss the architect’s role in society in the light of a constantly changing socio-cultural, economic, and political context. LUCA would like to pay tribute to two exceptional architects who have helped to shape Luxembourg's architectural landscape.
