A few years after the Portuguese Carnation Revolution, a young actress named Rosa joins a clandestine far-left organization disillusioned by the state of post-revolutionary Portugal. They share political views and a daily life that makes them grow closer, but their idealism collides with the country’s transformation and a police operation targeting them.
