In 2093, aspiring filmmaker Kuve shoots a documentary about the Great War of the 2070 — a conflict that ended modern technology and led to the rebirth of kingdoms. In Umata, where he expected to document the traumas of war, he discovers a village that has found peace. There, he meets Mumbi, who reveals him the beauty of daily life. Driven by an utterly original form and tone, Memory of Princess Mumbi proclaims a joyful and creative freedom, proving that powerful cinema can be created with limited resources.
