Feels Like Home (LUXFILMFEST)
One evening, Rita is abducted by a man who insists that she is Szilvi, his missing sister. Forced to assume this role within an entire family, she is locked inside a bleak apartment and forbidden from leaving. As she interacts with members of this strange family, Rita gradually comes to understand the sinister scenario unfolding around her and tries to find a way out of this psychological nightmare. A taut psychological thriller in which family dynamics take on the contours of a mental prison. Anchored by Rozi Lovas’s arresting performance and the film’s rigorously constructed use of space, it unfolds as a powerful allegory of totalitarianism.
