Need a break to reset and recharge at lunchtime? Sportunity – a social initiative making sport available for all – invites you to Artful Flow, a new series of free outdoor yoga sessions at Mudam. Each session takes place in the peaceful green space beside Mudam, in front of Agnes Denes’ The Living Pyramid. As part of the Luxembourg Urban Garden summer, this programme bridges the museum, local communities and environment, in a practice that engages the body and the mind. It is the perfect opportunity to stretch, breathe and reconnect with yourself while surrounded by art and nature.

Julien will guide you through each session. Having left the corporate world, he undertook immersive yoga training in Portugal and India. With a holistic approach that blends Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin and the healing wisdom of Ayurveda, Julien’s classes are designed to restore balance, deepen self-awareness and foster lasting well-being. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll be welcomed into an inclusive, accessible space where everyone can move and grow at their own pace.

Artful Flow aims to make yoga practice more accessible and enjoyable in unexpected places – even at the heart of the city. No special gear is required, but your outfit should be comfortable so your movements can flow smoothly. If practising directly on the grass feels a little daunting, feel free to bring your own yoga mat for extra comfort. And on sunny days, don’t forget your sunscreen.

In case of cold or rainy weather, the session will be cancelled.
