Description

While much attention has rightly been placed on the experiences of LGBT+ individuals and rainbow families, a complementary yet often overlooked perspective is that of those who surround and support them: parents, siblings, friends, colleagues, and other allies at work. These individuals play a crucial role in shaping inclusive environments—at home, work, and society.

This event will explore what it means to be a “chosen family” from the perspective of support, allyship, and shared values. We will look at how corporate environments can recognise and amplify this support network to foster truly inclusive and psychologically safe spaces for all.

Join us to learn, engage, and be part of the positive change that makes inclusion the business of all!
