Description
In The Body – Queer Yoga & Breathwork Workshop.
A healing space by and for queer folks to confront disembodiment, reclaim agency, and build safety in a world that’s made us feel unsafe. Through movement and somatic practice, we transition from a state of survival to one of self-possession and care.
