Description

.

Discover the exceptional collection of stones contributed to the Musée National d'Histoire Naturelle (Luxembourg) by Jean-Marie Pendeville (1936-2002), a teacher and mineralogy enthusiast who collected them during his stay in Katanga (DR Congo). Due to their beauty, rarity and quality, including species such as betektinite, cobaltomenite, kipuskite, malachite stalactites, crystallised cuprites, cobaltocalcites, carrollites and crystallised native copper, this Congolese collection is internationally recognised as one of the finest.
