Special class focused in abdominal area, pelvic floor and body posture
Main Goal: Strength abdominal and pelvic floor. Re-educate and release body posture and mind with the support of concepts of Belly Dance.

Starting with a relaxation to introduce body and mind in the class, we will continue with different abdominal exercises always protecting our back. We will do a barre on the floor using the mats to do combinations of oriental dance and fitness focusing attention to abdominal area, pelvic floor body posture and alignment. 

Belly Dance technique: we will work different exercises in order to gain more control of the body and use minimum force in each movement or step. Awareness of our center will be raised by emphasizing the alignment of the body and dissociating different parts of the body. The techniques learned in class will be used in step combinations and choreographies. All this in a cozy space with dim light, candles and incense, creating an intimate atmosphere for senses and body. Without limit of age. Level of the class: beginner
