This final presentation will unfold as a performative ‘ceremonial unwrapping’ and tasting of the preserved and cured foods that will have been developed by gobyfish throughout the residency. The event will be punctuated by readings of texts written by moilesautresart during their residency, which will be recited throughout the tasting event.
